Not a Charitable Donation
Contributions made to Barefoot Hollow are not tax-deductible charitable donations. Barefoot Hollow is a private business project, and contributions are considered voluntary support or purchases of merchandise.
Use of Funds
All funds raised through this campaign will be used exclusively for costs associated with the development of Barefoot Hollow, including but not limited to legal fees, lobbying and advocacy, zoning and permitting, and surveying and land studies.
No Ownership or Equity
Contributions do not provide, imply, or guarantee any ownership interest, equity, profit-sharing, or future financial return. This is not an investment offering.
Merchandise Purchases
When supporters purchase items such as stickers, hats, shirts, or other goods, those purchases are treated as standard merchandise sales. Applicable sales tax will be collected and remitted in accordance with governing law(s).
Recognition & Rewards
Any recognition, rewards, or perks (such as donor wall listings, exclusive merchandise, or future stay vouchers) are tokens of appreciation only. They carry no transferable value, ownership rights, or investment benefits.
Transparency Commitment
Barefoot Hollow is committed to full transparency. Updates will be provided as funds are applied toward the project, and supporters will be kept informed of milestones in the development process on our website and through our newsletter.
