Code of Conduct & Resort Rules

Welcome to Barefoot Hollow Naturist RV Resort. Our goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all guests who share our love for naturist living and community. By entering the resort, you agree to follow these rules and guidelines.

1. Age & Admission

  • Guests must be 21+ years old to enter Barefoot Hollow RV Resort.

  • Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.

  • Barefoot Hollow reserves the right to deny admission or revoke access to anyone who violates resort rules.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • RV Sites & Cabins: Check-in is from 2:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM.

  • Late Check-Out: May be available upon request and subject to additional fees.

  • All guests must check in at the office upon arrival, even if pre-registered.

3. RV & Lodging Requirements

  • RVs must be in good working condition and free from leaks or hazardous defects.

  • No homemade campers, school bus conversions (at the resort management's discretion), or excessively dilapidated units are permitted.

  • Cabana cabins are available for rent and must be treated with care. Damages will result in additional charges.

  • Resort quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.

4. Naturist Etiquette

  • Barefoot Hollow is a clothing-optional naturist resort. Nudity is welcome, never required, with the exception of the pool areas.

  • Always carry a towel to sit on shared furniture or surfaces.

  • Respect the comfort and privacy of others, no staring, lewd remarks, or invasive behavior. This will not be permitted or tolerated to any extent.

  • Public sexual activity is strictly prohibited. Barefoot Hollow is a naturist community, not a sexual venue.

5. Conduct & Behavior

  • Harassment, discrimination, or threats of any kind will not be tolerated.

  • Violence, fighting, or the use of weapons is strictly prohibited.

  • Disorderly conduct, intoxication, or illegal drug use will result in immediate removal without refund.

  • Respect fellow guests, staff, and the property at all times.

6. Photography & Privacy

  • Photography or videography is not permitted in common naturist areas without prior approval and the consent of all subjects.

  • Guests must respect the privacy of others at all times.

7. Alcohol & Substances

  • Alcohol is permitted in moderation. Excessive drinking, disruptive behavior, or intoxication in shared spaces is prohibited.

  • Illegal substances are strictly forbidden on resort property.

8. Safety & Security

  • We stand by and support the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America. That being said, possession of firearms or weapons of any type (concealed or open carry) is prohibited on resort grounds, with the exception of your cabin or RV. 

  • Fireworks are prohibited on the property.

  • Fires are allowed only in designated areas and must be fully extinguished after use.

  • In case of emergency, contact resort staff immediately.

9. Pets

  • Pets are welcome in designated areas only.

  • All pets must be leashed at all times, and owners are responsible for cleanup.

  • Aggressive or disruptive animals will not be permitted.

10. Property Care

  • Dispose of trash in designated receptacles.

  • Vandalism, theft, or intentional damage to resort property will result in removal and financial liability.

  • Respect nature: do not harm wildlife, trees, or natural surroundings.

11. Misconduct & Enforcement

  • Barefoot Hollow maintains a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, lewd conduct, or unsafe behavior.

  • Guests engaging in public sexual activity, threats, or misconduct will be removed immediately without refund.

  • The management reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership for any reason deemed necessary to maintain community safety.

12. Agreement to Rules

By entering Barefoot Hollow, you agree to follow all rules, respect the naturist lifestyle, and uphold the community values of freedom, respect, and harmony.
